• We are not responsible for products purchased from third-party wholesalers or suppliers featured on our site.
 

Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.

• Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

Shipping

Returns & Refunds

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• For safety reasons, certain items such as used candles, opened wax melts, and personalised/custom products cannot be returned unless faulty.

• Amber Tide Creations accepts no liability for misuse of products, including leaving candles unattended or using them near flammable materials.
