 Processing & Dispatch Times
• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• During busy periods (such as holidays, product launches, or special promotions), dispatch times may be slightly longer.
• You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

 Delivery Times & Services
We currently ship within the UK only. Delivery is handled by trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD.
• Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 business days after dispatch.

 Delivery Costs

 Packaging
All Amber Tide Creations products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. We aim to use eco-friendly and recyclable materials wherever possible.

 Shipping Restrictions
• We do not currently ship outside the UK.
• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

 Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at:

We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue. Please allow up to 10 business days before a parcel is considered lost.

 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item(s). We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
